We can assist with AV hire for small and larger meetings, conferences, and awards ceremonies including: Long or short throw projectors, various screen sizes, plasma screens around the venue, PA systems, staging, lecturn & podiums, lighting, handheld & lapel microphones, sound & lighting technicians, tables, chairs, & furniture hire.
Our projectors are a minimum of 3500 lumens to give off a bright, distinct picture so they can even show up in bright daylight. Complete with VGA, HDMI, and USB leads & power lead as standard. We also have a stock of various adapters to connect iPads, iPhones, macs, and other connections, and we will always assist where possible to help you connect your devices and have a trouble-free event.
We are the one stop event managment & business support provider in Hertfordshire supplying AV services from drop off, to fully setup and managed solutions. We can provide simple meeting support for a handful of people, right up to a fully managed conference package for hundreds of guests.
